Our Practice

Frankfort and Manteno Physical Therapy are outpatient physical therapist owned and operated clinics. Frankfort Physical Therapy opened 2002 and Manteno Physical Therapy March 2009.
 

Our specialty is orthopedic, sports injury, and physical rehabilitation.
 

Our treatment mission is to provide physical therapy service with a 1:1 (therapist:patient) evaluation and treatment model.
 

We emphasize comprehensive patient education, manual therapy, and customized therapeutic exercise programs. Our individualized and personal care is the benchmark of our practice. Treatment is provided with a patient centered model, which we feel is critical to achieve our successful outcomes and our high level of patient satisfaction.
 

Our patients are followed by one physical therapist, allowing us to focus our attention on each patient. This patient focused care improves our outcomes,speeds recovery, and reduces sessions required to return to function.
